Improving Lawyer Productivity

The pressure lawyers face every day is significant.

95% of lawyers reported suffering moderate to severe work-related stress in a 2015 Law Society survey of 8,500 lawyers.  In fact, law is now at the top of stressful professions, over and above emergency services, the armed forces or teachers.

The reasons are many and varied, including high demands on chargeable hours, pressure to record time accurately, client expectations as well as the expectations of the firm to do even better.

Whilst Managing Partners, Finance Directors may see the theory and opportunity for increasing fee earner productivity, the practical application is often met with resistance.  The result of placing even more demands on already stretched professionals causes even more symptoms of stress, anxiety and overwhelm.

I have 20 years experience of consistently and systematically improving fee earner productivity whilst simultaneously improving the feelings of stress and overwhelm.  I am perfectly placed with knowledge, experience and know-how to deliver the sought after improvement in productivity.
